USING INSTRUCTIONS FOR WATER SLIDE DECAL PAPER
1. Print the image use laser printer.
2. Cut the image, leave out a 2-3mm of spacing
3. Put the paper into the water about 10-45 seconds, remove from water.
4. Put on the substrate and slide off the backing paper.
5. Bake it an even for 10-15 minutes at 230°F, or dry by nature.
