UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing is an innovative printing process that utilizes a UV printer to print directly to film. The embossed printing effect available with our UV Printers combined with CMYK White & Varnish lends itself perfectly to Tactile & Braille UV Printing requirements on irregular surfaces.

UV printing is a printing process that dries and cures ink by ultraviolet light. It needs to match the ink containing photosensitizer with UV curing lamp.

WORKING PROCESS

Materials you need for the UV printing:

Film A&B , UV ink, varnish, UV printer, Laminating machine, Scissors

Step 1. Print the pattern on the A film with a UV machine

Step 2. Transfer A film to B film by laminating machine

Step 3. Get the completed B film
